Help the animals at the KWHS by being a FUNraiser.

When you raise money for the KWHS you help us help the animals and have a lot of fun while doing it - especially when you involve your friends!  When you bring in the money you raise, you will get your picture and story on our website.

FR-ClaudiaWant to know why these five youngsters are so happy? They just donated many items for the animals at the Centre. They donated food for cats and dogs, squeaky toys and plush stuffed toy animals.
Claudia, 7, Julia, 3, Leah, 7, Rylee, 2 and Kyler, 4 are cousins and instead of giving gifts for each other they had a Secret Santa pet gift exchange at Christmas. This was a unique and thoughtful donation. The orphaned animals appreciate your donation.

FR-AndrewMany children like to save their allowance to buy lots of neat toys! Andrew, who is seven, saved his allowance to buy food, treats, and toys for the orphaned animals at the Centre. These items are helpful and useful because they help care for the animals while they are at the Centre. Andrew is an animal lover of all types, but his favourite animals are dogs and cats. Thank you for your donation!

FR-AbigailMeet Abigail and Olivia! You might say they have a green thumb because their FUNraiser included gardening! This past summer these two young ladies wanted to do a very special fundraiser. They sold beautiful flowers from their garden and spent time and effort in preparing the flowers for this special sale.
Abigail and Olivia your efforts will help the animals at the Centre! Keep up the great work.

FR-WestheightsThanks to the generous students and staff at Westheights Public School they were able to donate over $65.00 to the animals of the Centre. The Music Council, which is comprised of students, planned and ran a bake sale at the school on December 3, 2009.

The Music Council brought in chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate (and other yummy baked goods) to sell and raise money! The Centre is fortunate to be remembered by so many students this year. They were able to vote on a charity of their choice and we thank the students for thinking of the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society!
